Guangzhou Shuoyu Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in 2009, marking the beginning of the company’s development in chemical supply chain services. From the early stage, Shuoyu Chemical focused on building reliable upstream resources, stable product supply, and professional distribution capabilities for industrial chemical customers.

Over the years, Shuoyu Chemical has developed a long-standing partnership with Yanchang Petroleum, distributing key chemical products such as DMF and ethanol. This ongoing cooperation has helped the company build a strong foundation in upstream resource integration, stable supply, and domestic chemical distribution.

Since 2010, Shuoyu Chemical has continued to expand its upstream supplier network, building long-term cooperation with leading chemical enterprises and key resource providers such as China XLX, Hualu Hengsheng, ZXCHEM, and other major partners.
This network strengthened the company’s access to core chemical resources, improved supply stability, and laid an important foundation for INICOS to serve global industrial customers with reliable sourcing and consistent delivery.

In November 2021, the company completed the integration of Juhui factory and began planning its anhydride curing agent project. This marked an important step from chemical trading and supply chain services into higher-value specialty chemical manufacturing.

In 2023, Shuoyu Chemical became Veolia’s exclusive agent in Northwest China, strengthening its capability in industrial water treatment solutions. The Juhui project also officially commenced production, marking the company’s expansion into anhydride epoxy curing agents such as MTHPA and MHHPA.
During the same period, the company strengthened upstream partnerships with Ecisco and Yussen Energy and expanded cooperation with downstream customers in electrical insulation, composites, wind power materials, and high-performance epoxy systems.

In 2024, the Juhui project surpassed its designed output targets, further strengthening the company’s competitiveness in the anhydride curing agent market and enhancing its ability to provide stable supply for industrial customers.
During the same year, the company achieved significant progress in the water treatment sector, securing major projects from leading industrial customers including Yanchang Petroleum Materials Group, Sinopec, PetroChina, ExxonMobil, and others. Its solution portfolio covered chemical agents and membrane products such as RO, UF, MBR, NF, and ion exchange membranes.

For international markets, INICOS serves as the company’s unified global brand. Built on Shuoyu Chemical’s strong supply chain foundation and strengthened by Juhui’s manufacturing capabilities, INICOS integrates sourcing, manufacturing, export delivery, and technical support into one global platform.
