Standard product color is controlled at ≤40#, while dedicated grades for LED applications can reach ≤20#, helping improve the clarity and appearance of cured parts. Free acid is controlled at ≤0.10%, supporting electrical insulation performance and formulation stability. Through effective light-component control, odor is reduced, helping improve the handling and processing environment.
With automated production and strict quality control, INICOS also supports better batch consistency, reducing frequent formulation adjustments and helping customers maintain stable mass production.
